YOUTH SUMMER BOXING CLASSES
25th July -26th August
Our Youth Summer Boxing Classes teach the fundamentals of boxing movement, improving coordination, self esteem and self confidence.
The class takes a fun and supportive approach to boxing. Young adults will learn how to wrap their hands, footwork, punches, punch combinations and defence. Along with improving fitness strength and mobility, boxing is also renowned for teaching kids discipline and focus. It is also a fantastic way to help them burn off all that excess energy!
Our Saturday youth group classes will resume from September.
